Hampshire Local Government Reorganisation (LGR)

Changes to Councils in Hampshire. Elaine Woodard, Lib Dem group leader on EHDC said "We didn’t ask for this reorganisation, it won’t fix the County Council budget mess, taking Hampshire close to bankruptcy, and it will be a distraction from protecting local services. But across local government in Hampshire, everyone will be putting residents and staff first to make this work for the benefit of the wider community.  Liberal Democrats councillors on East Hampshire District council will fully support these efforts."
